1. What we collect
When you shop with Summerteez, we collect the information you give us at checkout: name, email, shipping address, billing address, and order history. We also collect basic analytics data (pages viewed, device type) to improve the site.
2. What we do with it
We use your information to fulfill your orders, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, respond to your messages, and (only if you opt in) send you our occasional newsletter.
3. What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever. We do not run retargeting ads off your browsing.
4. Cookies
We use a minimum of cookies: a session cookie to keep your cart, a localStorage entry for your wishlist and recently viewed items, and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
5. Third parties
Our payment processor, shipping carrier, and email provider receive only the information they need to do their job. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@summerteez.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and email anyone with an active account.
