1. Agreement

By using summerteez.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Prices, availability, and product descriptions can change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for incorrect pricing or suspected fraud.

3. Payment

Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and select wallets. By placing an order you authorize the charge.

4. Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, usually within 2 business days. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full terms.

5. Returns

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, designs, the Summerteez wordmark) is owned by us. You may not reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Summerteez is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or this site, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Los Angeles County.
